Media report based on draft likely to be inaccurate

Media reports based on a supposed draft report of an inquiry by the Human Rights Commission into equal employment opportunity issues in the aged care sector are likely to be inaccurate.

The draft report was sent to stakeholders for comment in March 2012 and extensive revisions and corrections have been made since. Recommendations have been developed following stakeholder feedback. The report will be released 28 May.
