- Attorney-General v Human Rights Review Tribunal and Child Poverty Action Group Inc: unsuccessful application by the Crown for judicial review of the Tribunal’s interlocutory decision. The High Court found that the Tribunal was correct to find that it had the jurisdiction to hear proceedings brought by CPAG (PDF 67kb).
- Talleys Fisheries Ltd v Lewis and Edwards: decision of the High Court finding that the two knife work roles at Talleys were “sufficiently similar” for the purpose of a sex discrimination claim under the Human Rights Act (PDF).
