Insurance Guidelines Review – Submissions
In October 2006 the Commission released a discussion paper on the review of the Guidelines on Insurance and the Human Rights Act 1993 and invited public submissions, comments or suggestions. During this consultation period, the Commission has also met with a range of stakeholders, including members of the insurance industry, community groups and individuals.
