The Quest = Human Rights + Mental Health

An interactive workshop to help participants to know more about mental illness from a Human Rights approach. Taking this simple quest will help you identify what you do and don’t know, and we’ll provide some answers for you along the way.

Our quest is based on the KXXD (Kai Xin Xing Dong) workshop format. The Kai Xin Xing Dong project is part of the Like Minds programme, and seeks to use culturally appropriate approaches to counter stigma and discrimination associated with mental illness in Chinese communities. This goal reflects the Kai Xin Xing Dong slogan: “I have a caring and loving heart towards you and hope you have a caring and loving heart towards me”.

Kai Xin Xing Dong works to counter stigma and discrimination associated with mental illness in Chinese communities. We do this to help create inclusive communities for Chinese people whose lives have been affected by mental illness.
