Royal Oak Intermediate is a safe secure learning environment. Students will learn successful life transition skills as an emerging adolescent in a values driven culture. They will be provided with diverse, relevant, engaging, learning opportunities. We will actively engage the community, involving parents, students and other stakeholders in important learning decisions. Our students will become confident, connected and actively involved in life long learning.

Room 11 and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights

Room 11 have looked in detail at the UDHR and have divided into groups to find ways to present it to others – they have made DVDs, written songs and made podcasts. They have also asked the question – how does this relate to our local acts and how are we doing as a country around human rights.
