Canterbury Museum

Canterbury Museum is world-renowned for its collections. Housed in an exquisite historic building in Christchurch’s Cultural Precinct are outstanding Māori exhibits, a Victorian Christchurch Street and stories of adventure and daring from Antarctica’s heroic era. A frequently changing exhibition programme complements the Museum’s permanent galleries.
