New Zealand Federation of Multicultural Council (NZFMC) Youth Council

“Ethnicity is cool” – this is the motto that the New Zealand Federation of Multicultural Council (NZFMC) Youth Council follows. NZFMC’s Youth Council was established in February 2007. It is a non-government body. The Youth Council’s primary role is to advocate, lobby, support and share information among the ethnic youth in New Zealand – it is a fun and activities based Council!

The Youth Council is a vibrant group and has members who are inspirational, young and dynamic and take ethnic and diversity issues seriously. The youth in this group range in their ethnicity and age. Age is no barrier to entering this youth group and all new members are welcome.

We are looking for more members to join the Youth Council, especially from the various regions around New Zealand. If you are interested – please contact Arish Naresh at
