Aotearoa Ethnic Network (AEN)

The Aotearoa Ethnic Network (AEN) is an electronic mailing list for everyone involved in ethnic community issues in Aotearoa/New Zealand. It has been developed so that members of ethnic communities around the country can talk to each other and those involved in delivering Government or NGO services can get in touch with ethnic communities for consultation and information.  Subscription to the network is free, and subscribers have a choice of receiving items as they are sent or a daily digest. AEN is administered by Ruth de Souza.

Joining AEN ensures that you are in touch with what is happening in our ethnic communities. Distributing your information and announcements through AEN ensures that it reaches as wide a network of people as possible, including key decision makers in communities and government. AEN raises the profile of your event and gets important information out to both stakeholders and the media.

A mailing list is a simple but effective way of keeping in touch; if you’re a community member, involved in supporting ethnic communities or just want to keep up to date with what’s happening in ethnic communities, please join the list. The more members we have, the more widely our information gets shared.
