The following table is a suggested timetable to help plan the organisations 'good employer'/EEO Programme. It is a continuous cycle.

Active engagement, participation and consultation with staff and their unions is important at all stages of this process.

  • MAY: Statement of Intent
  • JUNE: Review the workplace profile
  • JULY/AUG: Analyse the workplace
  • SEPTEMBER: Identify and prioritise issues
  • OCTOBER (and ongoing): Take action to address issues
  • APRIL: Evaluate actions
  • MAY: Plan future actions
  • JULY: Write report about past 12 months and publish to staff
  • SEPTEMBER: Summarise results in Annual Results
